It Came!

I was so excited Tuesday morning to find that one of my Donor's Choose project materials arrived! It was full of math things I ordered to use in our LINKing Leaders part of math workshop. All from Lakeshore! The kids just LOVE to be a leader! I happened to grab one of my sweet colleagues to snap a picture because I was so excited!

Thank you Donor's Choose!

I'm currently working on a proposal for another project. My kids just love to read non-fiction books, and I'd like to have more that are leveled for kindergartners.

If you haven't tried Donor's Choose, you should. Start with a smaller project and google coupon codes that will get donations to your project matched by companies. Then, parents and friends are more likely to get involved. Besides, it's tax deductible!

I just got my Donors Choose project in on Thursday and I was so excited! I actually got non-fiction leveled readers from Lakeshore and they are amazing. My kids loved reading them on Friday! I'm glad your project was completed and you got your materials!

That's so awesome...

Could I pick your brain about Donors Choose? Would trying to fund several Leapster Tag readers be an okay to reach for? I really don't know anything about it. If you get a chance, maybe you could shoot me an email.
